Well it seems that the Crop Over single by Nikita "Same Way" had originally been done by another Bajan UK based artist called Devine. Although productions are done by two different producers it seems the writer Jason "Shaft" Bishop has given rights to both artists. Examples where lyrics or even prodcutions have been copied in the past and this incident probably won't be the last time either. In further news on this hot topic, the producer told sources that he forgot he gave the song to Deevine and this is where the confusions stems from. Well its all said and done, lets hope this kind of slackness doesn't continue in the future causing confusing among Artists biting other Artist's songs.
