"Jordan Sanders" played by Regina Hall is a high flying tech VIP who seems to treat her assistant with less respect than they deserve. She get's a taste of her own medicine when she's transformed into a child version of herself played by Marsai Martin.
Lil Jordan has to prove she is who she is to her work colleagues and begins to have a change of heart when she remembers why and how she was treated during her early years. Her assistant "April" played by Issa Rae helps Jordan realise she needs to change her ways and see the good in people before it's too late.
What i also like about this film was the black girl magic of Marsai Martin who was executive producer of this film at a tender age of 13. I can see a bright future for this young talented indivual. If you don't know who she is, you sure do now.
