We follow the young talented Caleb who plays "Cole" looking for a sense of meaning for his life as his Mum can't balance looking after him while she manages her work life and sends him to his Dad played by Idris as "Harp" who hasn't been in his life.

They re-ignite their bond over time over horse riding and understanding each others struggles. Its an emotional and true reflection of Philadelphia Black cowboy owners who grew up in the area.

A Zack Snyder film, where a virus breakout has happened in the heart of Las Vegas. We follow a group of mercenaries that have to find a way to keep out of arms each and get the to the quarantine zone for the prime objective, which is trying to complete a heist.

Not a big fan of zombie movies but efforts made for this concept was super cool. Location and ideas of zombie hierarchy.

DEX FLIX'S FILM REVIEW "THE MITCHELLS VS THE MACHINES" 2021

The Mitchells vs. The Machines whacky concept about a girl who wants to make it big with her film aspirations but her dad doesn't believe in her dreams.

DEX FLIX'S FILM REVIEW "CRUELLA" 2021

The early adaption of how the main character Cruella, became what most know her for. She shows how she was witty and cunning from an early age but yet always tried to do the right thing until someone got on the bad side of her.

Like many of us, when family is involved in a a time where you need them the most, you become a different type of person and this this case it brought out the best or worst in the role for Emma Stone's character.

Enjoyed this Disney revamp although some will say there's some parts of the character that could have been tweaked but none the less its worth a watch.

Personal Rating 7.5/10 - | Critics Rating (IMDd) - 7.4/10

DEX FLIX'S FILM REVIEW "FRIENDS - THE REUNION" 2021

For the die hard fans this was great to see a break down of how it all started and to how it ended for the cast and staff involved. The impact this show had on people around the world made it a league of its own.

A fitting end to a show that offered so many emotions for the cast, the fans all around the world.

DEX FLIX'S FILM REVIEW "THE COURIER" 2021

Based on a true story, about a British businessman who partners up with a Soviet Officer who help prevent a major nuclear confrontation. Their share crucial intelligence which helps avoid the Cuban Nuclear Crisis.

Another great role for Cumberbatch, who gives us an emotional connection for the role he played as Greville Wynne.

DEX FLIX'S FILM REVIEW "NOBODY" 2021

Retired from his hitman days, Hutch finds himself failing to defend his family after a break in. What follows from this is something that the thieves didn't anticipate.

This for me was one of the best action movies for early 2021 and is a must watch if you like you like rooting for the underdog.

Personal Rating 7.9/10 - | Critics Rating (IMDd) - 7.4/10

DEX FLIX'S FILM REVIEW "MORTAL KOMBAT" 2021

With a new revamp launch of this Beat Em Up classic, the story line was as expected from a computer game with expectations of a movie franchise.

Each character gets their mini backstory for those who aren'r familiar with the game and so makes it easy to follow.

A Disney fantasy adventure set in a time where Dragons and Humans lived as one. Evil spirits known as Drunn threatened Humanity and a sacrifice was needed to save the world they once knew.
