Most of us can say we've been in good and bad jobs with its perks. Lakeith Stanfield plays "Cassius Green" trying to get a breakthrough in life as he tries to make to the top as a Power Caller.

While his success booms his best friend "Salvador" Jermaine Fowler feels his selling out to the Company as the employees feel their getting under paid and opt out for a strike. Little did  "Cassius Green" know that he is in a conspiracy battle where his life is on the line, literally.
