Jennifer Lopez plays the hardworking assistant manager "Maya Vargas" looking for a promotion, but like in many cases the resumé doesn't match the role she's going for. Despite her not being what the management is looking for on paper her track record dealing with clients on a day to day definitely speaks volumes. Will she find a way to become what she surely believes she is more than capable of.

This is a decent chick flick if thats what your looking for with enough comedy to have you laughing of course, and has a fine balance of modern leading female empowering moments. One for all to watch when the weather isn't so great and want to have a easy watch.
